Welcome to V-I-Pooch, where we prioritise the well-being of your furry friend. Recently, Baxster the Cockapoo visited us for his first grooming appointment.

Recognising his signs of stress, I took the time to make him feel comfortable before starting the grooming process.

At V-I-Pooch, understanding the importance of creating a relaxed and welcoming environment for all clients new and old, ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

Baxster was supported throughout the groom by having regular breaks to decompress, have a drink to water and go to the toilet.

Short regular breaks will help the dog to decompress and make them feel like they are being listened too. This will start to build a trusting relationship between dog and Dod groomer.
